Description

In this orientation game, players take turns adding parts to create a larger object. The first player starts by placing one part on stage, and each subsequent player adds another part until everyone has contributed.

Setup Requirements

A clear space for players to stand and add parts to an imaginary object.

Side Coaching

  • Encourage creativity in choosing parts.
  • Remind players to think about how their part connects to the previous ones.
  • Keep the energy up to maintain engagement.

Points of Observation

  • Watch how players build off each other’s ideas.
  • Note the variety of parts chosen.
  • Look for players who take risks with their additions.

Evaluation

  • How did the parts come together to form a cohesive object?
  • What was the most surprising addition?
  • How did collaboration affect the creativity?

Examples

Examples of parts could include:
  • The first player places a steering wheel on stage.
  • The second player adds a windshield.
  • The third player adds a back seat.
