Weather Exercise #1

Exercise Beginner 15 min 1–1

Description

In this exercise, one player focuses on embodying a specific type of weather or climate. The player will act out the physical sensations and experiences related to their chosen weather.
For example, if it's hot weather, the player might show heat by wiping sweat from their brow, while in a rain scenario, they might shiver and pull their clothes closer. The key is to fully engage the body to represent the weather.
