Who Started The Motion?

Exercise Beginner 15 min 5–15

Description

Players sit in a circle while one players steps out of the room. The remaining players select a leader who will start making motions. The player who was outside comes back and stands in the center, trying to guess who the leader is. The leader can perform various motions like tapping a foot, nodding their head, or moving their hands. The other players copy these motions to keep the center player from guessing the leader.
When the center player successfully identifies the leader, two new players are chosen to replace them in the center.
