Description

In this game, two players engage in a discussion or argument while maintaining distinct points of view.
Both players aim to influence each other without adopting any content from one another's perspective.

Setup Requirements

A space for two players to engage in discussion without distractions.

Point of Concentration

Each player avoids picking up and repeating the other's subject matter.

Side Coaching

  • Encourage players to listen actively while maintaining their perspective.
  • Remind players to focus on their own arguments.
  • Challenge players to creatively persuade the other without conformity.

Points of Observation

  • Watch for how well each player establishes their argument.
  • Note how often players attempt to sway each other.
  • Observe the creativity in their responses without overlap.

Evaluation

  • What strategies were effective in maintaining your viewpoint?
  • How did you feel about your ability to influence the other player?
  • What did you learn about argumentation through this exercise?

  • Player A: "From my perspective, it's essential that we prioritize efficiency above all else."
