Description

This exercise involves three or more players who agree on an activity that requires receptacles to be filled, emptied, and filled again. The focus is on the perception of weight variations when the receptacles change state.

Setup Requirements

Open space for movement and various props that can be used as receptacles.

Point of Concentration

Showing variations in weight when objects are full or empty.

Side Coaching

  • Encourage players to exaggerate their movements for clarity.
  • Remind participants to vary their expressions based on the weight of the objects.
  • Challenge players to think creatively about everyday activities.

Points of Observation

  • Watch for clarity in physicality when players show full versus empty objects.
  • Observe how players react to the perceived weight of different receptacles.
  • Take note of teamwork and creativity in approaches to tasks.
