In this exercise, players will practice teaching using gibberish. The focus is on clear instruction rather than actual words.
Teaching A
Two players decide on a 'Where' and a 'Who', while both agree on the same 'What': to teach a skill using gibberish. Examples of skills could include:
How to take pictures
How to play guitar
Teaching B
Form two or three large teams that simulate a classroom environment. Each team selects a 'Where', 'Who', and 'What'. Floor plans can be helpful to visualize the setting. Students perform the scene in gibberish.
Setup Requirements
A space to act out scenes, optional floor plans for teaching environments.
Point of Concentration
to instruct others using gibberish
Side Coaching
Encourage players to use expressive gestures.
Emphasize clarity in physical actions over words.
Points of Observation
Watch for how effectively players communicate instructions.
